Meeting 2008 with  “THE LIONS ”
As You all know the meetings with  The Lions  are famous because of the good ambient, and the top location 
where it all happens  (The Saloon, Beerse). 
As the owner of "the saloon", the city Beerse can't guarantee us if we are able to meet there again, we had
to find another location.
Of course we don't want to mess up the great ambient and qualities of our meetings, so this year the dreamlocation 
for our  fifth anniversary  will be situated in  “Het Biermuseum” in Rodt-Tomberg (St.Vith), where all
the bikers are welcome.
The environment (Burg Reuland, Vielsalm, Vianden, Ouren, Weiswampach, etc.)
is famous for its splendid view, its beautiful winding paths which will give us the 
ultimate holiday mood.
Our meeting will take place on Thursday 14 August at 12 o'clock until
Sunday, the 17 of August.
 
Ther will be three party nights with Dj's, live music, special act,
2 ride-outs, bike-shop's, camping, 3 times breakfast, 2 times 
dinner, BBQ,, showers, biker games, camp fire, and even a 
playground for the little Lions among us.
Ther is the possibility to get a hotel room at 1.5 km of our meeting wher we are able to put our bikes in a garage.
As you see it will be a weekend to look forward to, which you will remind later.
We have only place for 200 people so enter on time.
                                            To sign in on time = a tremendous direct hit
PRICES:
 
Prices (one day)  € 30 for one person = (Camping, shower, breakfast, dinner and party night).

All included  € 85 for one person  = (Camping, showers, 3 times breakfast, 2 x dinner on Thursday and Friday,
 Saturdaynight BBQ, 3 party nights).

Thursday 14 August:
12.00 o’clock: Start and greeting of the members.
15.00 o’clock: short travel to the border of Luxemburg (Weiswampach)
Where we are able to fuel and to buy cheap cigarettes.
19.00 o’clock: In the beermuseum we joy our delicious dinner.(Turkey, vegetables,
 frites, croquettes and nudles).
21.00 o’clock: Party night with disco in the Apresskihütte.
Chillroom with a unique camp fire.
All beverages in the Skihütte €1.50.

 

 
Friday 15 August:
  
 8.00 o’clock: breakfast until 9.30 o’clock
10.00 o’clock: gathering middle square for a ride-out.
10.15 o’clock: briefing (tour, responsibles, fuels, breaks, etc.)
10.30 o’clock: Ride-out! A tour of approximately 100km via Salmchateau and the beautiful environment 
of Vielsalm and Lierneux. We follow the Embleve downstream and we go to Stoumont, followed by Coo 
and Trois Pont where we take a break. 
There we pass the unspoilt nature of the Ardennen backwards to Rodt-Tomberg.
19.00 o’clock: Dinner in the Biermuseum (Wienerschnitsel, vegetables, frites, croquettes and nudles).
21.00 o’clock: Party with disco and live après-ski. Tiröler music, defenitly a big party!! 
                    Chill room to relax and chat.
 Saturday 16 August:
   
8.00 o’clock: Breakfast until 9.30 o’clock.
10.00 o’clock: gathering middle square for a ride-out.
10.15 o’clock: briefing (tour, responsibles, fuels, breaks, etc.)
10.30 o’clock: Ride-out! A tour of approximately 125 km through Weiswampach and Clervaux until Vianden 
where we take a break. 
Afterwards we pass the running water and twisting roads of the “Ourvallei and Burg Reuland” 
backwards to our meeting
17.30 o’clock: Bike games (habituation of the bikes)
19.00 o’clock: BBQ
21.30 o’clock: Party night with live band >> BLUE THRILL <<

22.30 o’clock: Special act & prize-giving!!!

22.45 o’clock: second set >> BLUE THRILL <<
0.00 o’clock: special act!!!
0.15 o’clock: finale and fantastic after-party, how we like them…
